I live outside Europe, can I still buy from your site ?
Yes, we deliver to all countries in Europe & USA.

How is my package sent ?
All parcels (above €25) are sent with proof of posting.

Can I track my packet ?
Sure, when your packet has been despatched, you will get a tracking number.

What will I have to pay for shipping ?
If you click on "View Cart", and then "Estimate Shipping Price" you will be told the shipping price.
The shipping price differs, but the average price is about 6€ for most orders to all of Europe.

Will I get any problems with the customs, have to pay taxes, etc. in my country ?
No, there should't be any problems at all, as all packages are sent from within the EU.

How can I pay?
At the moment you can pay through Paypal. They accept all major credit cards.

I ordered x days ago, where's my packet ?
Please allow a minimum of 10 days before you contact us with questions about parcels.
It happens, although very seldom, that a parcel gets left behind, but usually they get back on track again.

How about Guarantee?
All cigarettes, cigars, pipes, atomizers, batteries & chargers are tested prior to shipping from MyEcig.eu,
and have a 30 day guarantee. Cartomizers comes with a DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee, so please check they work when you receive them.
Eventhough all atomizers & batteries are manufactured to the highest standards
they may degrade over time, depending on how much you use them. We therefor suggest you buy extra atomizers.

How long time does it usually take for a packet to arrive?
In Denmark it will take 1-2 days.
In Spain it will take 1-3 days.
In the rest of Europe it will usually take 2-5 days.
To USA it will normally take 5-10 days.

Are all your products compliant with anything ?
Yes, all our devices are CE & RoHS compliant.
