These empty cartridges are designed for re-filling with E-liquid, which can be bought both with and without nicotine

The cartridges are packaged in sterile plastic, and is ready for use when the small rubber cap is removed.
 
You can save a lot of money by refilling your own cartridges, and you have more freedom as you can buy more flavors of E-liquid than you can buy flavored cartridges, and it usually only takes a few seconds to refill them.
 
It is recommended to use 1 cartridge and 1 atomizer per flavor of E-liquid you use, so you do not mix flavors together.

1. Take your cartridge and place it with the white wadding pointing upwards.
2. Carefully drip E-liquid into the white wadding in the cartridge until it's fully soaked.
3. Insert the cartridge in your atomizer again.
 
Now your electronic cigarette is ready for use.

You typically need 3-6 drops to refill a cartridge, depending on how dry it is.
It's recommendeded max. to refill a cartridge 4-5 times and then discard it.
